As a Christian organisation Not Ashamed takes safeguarding very seriously, we in the church are called to love our neighbours, loving includes making sure all are kept safe. We recognise that safeguarding talks about protecting the vulnerable and the reality that at different times in life we are indeed all vulnerable. We therefore do everything we can to protect those we work with and ourselves.
As an ordained minister within the Church of England Rev Simo has enhanced DBS, keeps on top of safeguarding training (most recently undertaken January 2022) and adheres to the safeguarding policies and practices of the Church of England.
